Considering giving us a try? There’s a few things we have to cover first! We put health and safety first to ensure that your pet has the best experience possible. There are a just a few prerequisites before we can schedule your pet for their Free Evaluation Day!
We accept all dog breeds!
All pets must be up to date on all required vaccinations and meet all required health standard tests.
Bordetella Vaccination (Kennel Cough)
Semi-Annual Fecal Exam (Results must be entirely free of parasites every 6 months)
It is strongly recommended that your pet be on flea, tick, and heart-worm prevention.
Animal’s will not be admitted into the facility without proof from a veterinarian on file at our facility that all vaccinations are current. You may call your vet and have them fax us these records or ask us to acquire them for you.(Some vets require you give them your permission to release records to us first)
OUR FAX #: 616-217-2239
Veterinary records must be on file with us at least 1 business day before your first visit.
After registering your pet (either through our website, by phone or in person) there is a welcome packet that all new clients must fill-out and return in order for us to care for your pet to the best of our ability. It’s full of questions about your pet(s) so that we can get a head start on their profile before we meet them and to speed up the process of making them feel at home with us. If you choose to register online we will email you a printable version of the welcome packet. Please fill it out and bring it with you on the day of your pet’s first visit! You can also choose to fill one out beforehand in person, or scan/email back to us. You may also fill one out when dropping your pet off for their first visit but we will need you to fill out the entire form before we are able to provide care for your pet.
We prefer to talk to you! Please call us! Getting to know YOU helps us get to know YOUR PETS so we can serve you BOTH better! Come see us! We invite you to check out our Facebook page and see what our Green Paws family is up to today!
