Considering giving us a try? There’s a few things we have to cover first! (we know it looks like a lot of fun because it is, and you’re all excited to come but health and safety first!)
All pets must be up to date on all required vaccinations and meet all required health standard tests. These include: Rabies, Distemper, Bordatella(Kennel Cough), and a fecal exam(to ensure your pets are parasite free). Animal’s will not be admitted into the facility without proof from a veterinarian on file at our facility that all vaccinations are current. You may call your vet and have them fax us these records at
FAX # 616-217-2239
or ask us to acquire them for you.(Some vets require you give them your permission to release records to us first)
Veterinary records must be on file with us BEFORE your first visit.
After registering your pet (either here, by phone or in person) there is a welcome packet we need to have you fill out in order for us to be able to care for your pet(s). It is also full of questions about your pet(s) so that we can get a head start on their profile before we meet them and to speed up the process of making feel at home with us. If you choose to register online we will email you a printable version of the welcome packet. We will not be able to provide care for your pet without this on file so do NOT forget to bring it with you, or drop it off in advance.
It is strongly recommended your pet be on flea, tick, and heart-worm prevention
We do not exclude pets based on breed
We prefer to talk to you! Call us! Getting to know you helps us get to know your pets so we can serve both better! Come see us! Check out the Facebook page and see who’s here and what they’re up to!
